Landed Terms of Service

These terms apply when you install and use the Landed: Profit Tracker & COGS app ("Landed", "the app") on your Shopify store. By installing the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app, or uninstall it.

Who we are

Landed is operated by AHMAD MIBAYYAD IT SERVICES CO. L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (licence number 1098855, issued by Dubai Economy (Department of Economy and Tourism), Dubai). Our address is Office J63, Al Murar, P.O. What the app does

Landed reads your Shopify orders and products, and the costs you enter, and shows an estimate of your store's profit: per day, per product and in a daily email. If you connect Meta, it also reads your daily ad spend from the ad accounts you choose. It does not create or change anything in your Shopify store or in your Meta ad accounts.

Plans and billing

• Landed is billed through Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, and Shopify's billing terms apply to them.
• Plans have a monthly order limit: Free up to 50 orders per month, Starter up to 400, Growth up to 1,500 and Pro unlimited. Current prices are shown on the app's Plans page and its Shopify App Store listing.
• Every new store gets a 14-day Starter trial, which starts from the first completed sync.
• If your store goes over its plan's order limit in a month, the app keeps syncing your data, but figures for the days after the limit was reached stay locked until you upgrade or the next month starts. There are no overage charges.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Plans page. Shopify handles prorating and refunds under its own billing rules; we do not give refunds beyond that.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the costs you enter (product costs, shipping, fees, duty settings and manual ad spend) accurate. Profit figures are only as good as these inputs.
• Use the app only for your own store and in line with Shopify's and Meta's terms.
• Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the app, or access other stores' data.

Figures are estimates, not advice

Landed calculates profit from the data it receives and the settings you enter. Figures can be incomplete or wrong, for example when a cost is missing, when Shopify or Meta data arrives late, or when exchange rates or tax rules differ from what the app assumes. The app shows a gaps panel when it knows something is missing, but it cannot catch every case. Landed is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Check important figures before you rely on them, and ask a qualified adviser for tax and accounting decisions.

Your data

You own your store's data. We use it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy at https://applandedprofit.com/legal/privacy and our Data Processing Addendum at https://applandedprofit.com/legal/dpa. When you uninstall the app, we delete your store's data after Shopify's `shop/redact` notice, which arrives 48 hours later.

Third-party services

The app depends on Shopify, Meta (if you connect it) and the hosting and email providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or errors. If one of them changes or withdraws its service, some features may stop working.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Landed running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or decisions made from the app's figures. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the app, or if we stop offering the app, in which case we will give you reasonable notice where we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
